SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages from AlluraMD Management Group LLC and the medical practices it manages, which operate as AlluraMD Aesthetics + Wellness (together, "AlluraMD," "we," "us").

What we send

• Appointment and care messages. Replies to your consultation request, scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-up about your visit.
• Promotional messages. Offers and news from AlluraMD. We send these only if you separately opt in, for example by checking the optional box on a form.

How you opt in

You opt in when you give us your mobile number on a form on this website, text us, or give us your number in person or by phone and agree to receive texts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that.
• Reply HELP for help, or call or text (561) 501-2255.
• If you unsubscribe and later want texts again, text us or tell our team.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, or text-messaging opt-in data and consent, with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Text messages are not a secure way to send sensitive medical details. Please call us to discuss anything private about your care.

Who can sign up

You must be 18 or older and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you give us. Tell us if your number changes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
