This policy explains what information AlluraMD Management Group LLC and the medical practices it manages, which operate as AlluraMD Aesthetics + Wellness (together, "AlluraMD," "we," "us") collect through this website and its forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to offers.askalluramd.com and the pages on it.
Health information. Once you become a patient, the health information in your medical record is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy. You can ask for a copy of that notice at any AlluraMD location.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, mobile number, email address, preferred location and the treatment you are asking about, when you submit a form, call us or text us.
- Information collected automatically. Your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you here, including advertising click identifiers and campaign tags in the page address.
- Call and message records. Calls to the numbers on this site may be recorded and tracked to a campaign. We keep records of the text messages we exchange with you.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule your consultation or appointment.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages.
- To send promotional messages, only if you have opted in to them.
- To measure which ads and pages lead to consultation requests, and to improve them.
- To train our team and check the quality of calls.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number, we will text you about scheduling and your appointment. We send promotional texts only if you separately opt in. You can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, or text-messaging opt-in data and consent, with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers.
Cookies and advertising tools
We use cookies and similar tools from advertising and analytics providers, such as Google, to count visits and to learn which ads led to a consultation request or a call. These providers may collect your IP address, device information and the pages you viewed. We do not send them your medical information.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that work for us, such as our scheduling and patient-records platform, our phone, messaging and call-tracking providers, and our website host. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With the AlluraMD location and providers who will care for you.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our patients, our team or the public.
- As part of a merger, sale or reorganization of the business, under the same protections described here.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and as the law requires. Medical records are kept for the periods required by Florida and federal law.
How we protect it
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Calls: tell us you no longer want to be called.
- Your information: you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. Contact us using the details below.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
